Pasta is the symbol of Italian cuisine with its hundreds of sauces. And the sauces from Rome are certainly the ones that have made it popular worldwide. Have you ever tried authentic Amatriciana, Carbonara and Cacio e Pepe? The debate about the ingredients in the original recipes is still open: Pancetta or Guanciale, cream or no cream, egg or egg yolk? Remember that some ingredients are absolutely banned! Find out how to prepare the most beloved Italian Pasta Sauces: they will become your table’s favourite companion!

How does it work
Step 1 - Sign up for the class and you will receive the link to pay online
Step 2 - Before the class starts, we'll email you instructions on how to join us live (all you need is a laptop or desktop and internet). We'll also send you a list of ingredients and equipment that you'll need to get ready ahead of time, as well as the recipe so that you can review.
Day of the Class
Step 3 - Organise your ingredients, and set up your equipment and technology.
Step 4 - You log onto the Google Meet link, and join the interactive class. Your kids, husband, dog, imaginary friends can join - in a relaxed, low pressure environment, and we cook together for 1.5 to 2 hours. At the end of the class you will not only have the knowledge, but a great lunch or dinner to eat together.

Booking and payment terms: Reservation must be guaranteed by credit card (we will not perform any withdrawal). We will send you a hyperlink so that you can pay online using your credit card.
Cancellation: As we have limited availability on the course, any cancellations 1 week before class, can exchange for another course within 30 days of cancelling. No cash refunds. Later cancellations will not be eligible for anything.
