ADAVA - Associazione degli Albergatori Valle d'Aosta (Aosta Valley Hoteliers Association) - in its capacity as Personal Data Controller, pursuant to and in accordance with EU Reg. 2016/679 hereinafter 'GDPR', hereby informs you that the aforementioned law provides for the protection of the data subjects with regard to the processing of personal data and that such processing will be based on principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the above mentioned regulations and the confidentiality obligations provided for therein.

Purpose and legal basis for data processing: in particular, your data will be used for the following purposes relating to the execution of measures connected to contractual or pre-contractual obligations:
•	Online booking of hotels and other accommodation facilities in Aosta Valley.

•	Newsletter sending. 
The provision of your personal data for the purpose of newsletter subscription is optional, and therefore your refusal to treatment will not compromise the continuation of the relationship between the parties or the adequacy of the treatment itself.

Data processing modalities: your personal data will be processed in the following ways:
•	entrusted to third parties for processing operations;
•	electronic data processing.

•	Employees of the association.

•	Pila Spa for ski passes
•	Public and/or private parties for whom the data communication is mandatory or necessary in compliance with legal obligations or is otherwise functional to the management of the relationship

Data dissemination: your personal data will not be disclosed in any way.

Data retention period: please note that, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimisation, pursuant to art. 5 of the GDPR, the period of retention of your personal data is:
•	established for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed for the fulfilment of the contractual purposes.

REGULATION (EU) 2016/679: Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 - Rights of the data subject
