Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Articles 13-14 Regulation (EU) 2016/679

Data subjects: People who book online hotels and other accommodation facilities in Aosta Valley.
ADAVA - Associazione degli Albergatori Valle d'Aosta (Aosta Valley Hoteliers Association) - in its capacity as Personal Data Controller, pursuant to and in accordance with EU Reg. 2016/679 hereinafter 'GDPR', hereby informs you that the aforementioned law provides for the protection of the data subjects with regard to the processing of personal data and that such processing will be based on principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the above mentioned regulations and the confidentiality obligations provided for therein.

Purpose and legal basis for data processing: in particular, your data will be used for the following purposes relating to the execution of measures connected to contractual or pre-contractual obligations:
•	Online booking of hotels and other accommodation facilities in Aosta Valley.

With your consent, your personal data may also be used by the Office Régional du Tourisme (Viale Federico Chabod, 15 | 11100 AOSTA (AO) | Tel: +39 0165 548065 | VAT number 91053920079), as autonomous data controller, for the following purposes:
•	Newsletter sending. 
The provision of your personal data for the purpose of newsletter subscription is optional, and therefore your refusal to treatment will not compromise the continuation of the relationship between the parties or the adequacy of the treatment itself.

For the processing of personal data related to the newsletter sending, specific information notice is available at the bottom of this document.
 
Data processing modalities: your personal data will be processed in the following ways:
•	entrusted to third parties for processing operations;
•	electronic data processing.
All processing is carried out in compliance with the methods set out in Articles 6, 32 of the GDPR and through the adoption of appropriate security measures.

Your data will be processed only by personnel expressly authorized by the Controller and, in particular, by the following categories of persons:
•	Employees of the association.

Communication: your data may be communicated to external consultants for a correct management of the relationship between the parties and, in particular, to the following categories of subjects including all the Data Processors duly appointed:
•	Office Régional du Tourisme
•	Affiliated hotels
•	Pila Spa for ski passes
•	Public and/or private parties for whom the data communication is mandatory or necessary in compliance with legal obligations or is otherwise functional to the management of the relationship

Data dissemination: your personal data will not be disclosed in any way.

Data retention period: please note that, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimisation, pursuant to art. 5 of the GDPR, the period of retention of your personal data is:
•	established for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed for the fulfilment of the contractual purposes.

REGULATION (EU) 2016/679: Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 - Rights of the data subject

1.	The data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her exist, regardless of their being already recorded, their communication in intelligible form and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

2.	The data subject shall have the right to be informed of:
a.	the source of the personal data;
b.	the purposes and methods of the processing;
c.	the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the aid of electronic means;
d.	the identification data concerning the data controller, data processors and the representative designated pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2.

3.	The data subject shall have the right to obtain:
a.	when interested, updating, rectification or integration of the data;
b.	erasure of personal data, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data which have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;
c.	certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified to the entities to which the data were communicated or disseminated, as also related to their contents, unless the provision of such information proves impossible or would involve a disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected;
d.	data portability.

4.	The data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part:
